Area 5: Upper Torso and Neck
Working this area should always be more Myofascial Release and Mobility & Stretching if there is pain, then leaning more towards Upper Torso Strengthening as things are more in balance.
This area is dependent on the release of the previous areas as they all greatly affect the alignment and freedom of Area 5.
